	The Jericho Network was used by the Abraham Administration to, for a lack of a better description, alter the perspective of the masses in order to achieve its agenda. It wasn't outright mind control, rather it created subtle alterations to its victim's state of mind in order to alter their opinions to match a desired viewpoint. How exactly the network worked is unknown. What is known is that the network was comprised of a number of nodes scattered across the United States, and that sufficiently willful people could shrug off the effects of the network - this is what allowed there to be an underground resistance against the administration and led to the slow, piecemeal dismantling of the network.
