Director Catalina Romano was the original head of ArcXen back when she was Captain Catalina Romano. Following her retirement in 2026, she has since moved to head up the Foundation for Xenological Studies. Director Romano has remained a relatively unknown figure due to her ability to avoid the public spotlight. Even as the head of FXS she is a relatively unknown figure, preferring to leave spotlight roles to those 'more suited to public speaking.' Director Romano possesses a true artifact (of the magic kind) known as Crowley's Deck - Harbinger of the Æon of Horus. Aside from the deck, Director Romano possesses no known magical or psionic talent.
