A secret location in the near Pluto, disguised as a sensor outpost built into a large planitesiaml. This facility is a joint operation between FXS and ArcXen dedicated to the study of alien artifacts. Facility Seven does indeed function as a sensor outpost for the Sol System Monitoring Network, but its primary duty is the joint work that goes on there between FXS and ArcXen. Unlike 'normal' monitoring outposts, it is not run by Spacewatch, but Spacewatch is aware of its existence. | |||
