You're trained in the fine art of using stun batons, snap batons, and riot shields to do crowd control.
Baton Training: When using stun batons and snap batons you reduce the called shot penalty for called shots to the arms, hands, and legs by 2 (this reduces arm and leg called shots to no penalty).
Baton Block: When wielding both a shield and a stun baton or snap baton you increase the fight defensively bonus to reflex defense by 2.
- Prerequisite: Baton Training
Formation Tactics: When taking the full defense action you can extend your fight defensively bonus to an adjacent ally.
Shield Deflection: While you are wielding a shield and are subject to a physical attack that would normally move you against your will, you can instead lose the benefits of your shield on the next turn to avoid being moved.
Shield Retention: You gain a +5 bonus to your Reflex defense against attempts to disarm you of your shield.
Shield Trapping: You can make called shots against arms and legs using your shield as if it was a simple melee weapon. Successfully hitting an arm renders the target unable to use that arm as you trap it with your shield. Successfully trapping a leg holds the target in place. You must attempt the called shot each round to maintain this effect.
