LEVEL 1
Bearer of the Secret Techniques
Beginning at 1st level you are able to perform any Blade Arts and Secret Blade Arts technique as an attack action instead of a full-attack action or a standard action. If the technique already could be performed as an attack action, then there is no change. Additionally, you apply your elemental affinity’s Learn Bonus to all [armed] techniques and all Blade Arts and Secret Blade Arts techniques.
