Lead researcher for Military Intelligence's Archaeology and Xenotechnology division for the Plutonian System. Lieutenant Commander Avakian's work as the ArcXen head for the Plutonian system - which until the discovery of Location Three was just a 'show posting' with no real work - was in reality a cover for his actual job as the liaison between ArcXen and FXS's Facility Seven location. Lieutenant Commander Avakian has been working closely with Director Romano since the Battle of Pluto, and has a good working relationship with her, but he isn't particularly fond of her tendency to tell people only the bare minimum that they need to know.
