Catalina Report
Written by Catalina Romano during her time with ArcXen following the discovery of what would be categorized as Location Two on Mars, the Catalina Report is essentially an Operations Doctrine for ArcXen. It has been updated several times since its original writing, and ArcXen collaborates with Catalina Romano for each update. The Catalina Report is disturbingly accurate, leading to much suspicion of where Captain Romano got the information from. The Report itself is classified Eyes Only. The Catalina Report has several sections: Known Locations, Theorized Locations, Projected Incidents, and Artifact Classifications.
Known Locations
Location T0
Location Zero is the Ross Island Tunnel Maze. The entrance to Location Zero is unlocked by the presence of Dweller Genetic Code. The Maze itself is a constantly shifting network of passageways lined with the memory-stone material that the ancient Ter'Ra used to record information. The passageways can be navigated by following the "Path of the Ancients," which requires following the history of the Ter'Ra Empire from its inception to its departure on the doomed expedition to conquer the Tau Ceti system which led to their exile.
Location T1
<RESERVED> (set aside for whatever is on the other side of the Ross Island Tunnel Maze).
Location T2
Location Two is the facility discovered on Mars in Noctis Labyrinthus. Location Two was the coordination hub of the Ter'Ra sensor network in the inner solar system.
Location T3
Location Three is the facility discovered on the moon Hydra in the Plutonian System on March 15th, 2030. This was a combination of two Ter'Ra facilities - the coordination hub of the Ter'Ra sensor network in the outer solar system - and The Library (which will remain locked until a Pureblood appears). The entrance to The Library was re-purposed for use as a Sleeper Haven during the schism that occurred prior to the Ter'Ra's Assault on Tau Ceti (when they attempted to seize Tau Ceti after losing their homeland on Earth). The cryo tubes in Location Three claim to be occupied, but in reality this is a fake perpetuated by the one who was in charge of this location - the inhabitants of the tubes chose to instead hide themselves among human society. In the presence of JolKoar, the outpost, like all Ter'Ra sensor posts activates Observatory mode. In Observatory mode, the central pit projects a hologram of the nearest planetary body (Plutonian system in this case), along with recent events of importance to the Ter'Ra (or as far as the automated systems can extrapolate utilizing sensor data and signals received).
Location T4
Discovered on May 14th, 2030, in the YZ Ceti system through the aid of ancient historical records of The Unity, the conglomerate of 3 species that lives in the neighboring Tau Ceti system. Location Four is a facility of near-identical design to Location Three, complete with a full set of 9 stasis tubes. These tubes were retrieved at the request of the Unity, in accordance with records that described them as "The Sleepers" that "should be awakened in the case of crisis." Nobody was able to determine how to open the tubes, but the tubes began to go through a defrost process on their own during the May 17th assault on the Dweller Fleet that had invaded the Tau Ceti system (which had prompted the retrieval of the Sleepers). The inhabitants of the tubes were only briefly caught on camera before disappearing in a flash of light - they appeared to be High Dwellers that lacked the zero-g adaptation modifications, possibly representing an older form of Dweller.
Theorized Locations
Location Alpha
Location Alpha is whatever is on the other side of the Ross Island Tunnel Maze. Nobody has ever been confirmed to have actually been there. Theoretically, reaching Location Alpha requires a guide fluent in Old Dweller and with a passable knowledge of the history of the old empire of Ter'Ra.
