Dagger. Since it has ties to Arthurian Legend, it is presumably located somewhere in the British Isles, possibly in the possession of the British Crown. Carnwennan displays abilities to manipulate shadows, and seems to be more useful as a tool for stealth then an actual weapon. Thus far, one Fragment of Carnwennan is known to be in possession of the British Crown, a second Fragment is held by an SDA research facility, and a third Fragment is in the possession of the House of Bernadotte (the royal family of Sweden). Several other Fragments have been reported to have been located, but due to the nature of this artifact their existence is difficult to confirm.

Activated - Lost To History

While activated, nothing that you do while carrying Carnwennan will be remembered by anyone other than you and cannot be recorded in any way.

Unique Device Power - Stealth Field

While evoked, Carnwennan wraps its bearer in a field of all-encompassing shadows, providing concealment and a +20 bonus to Stealth checks.

Unique Device Greater Ability - Shadow Manipulation

While wielding Carnwennan, you can make attacks with it at a 6-square range as if you were making a melee attack. These attacks take the form of shadows reaching out and hitting the target. Additionally, while out of combat you can use shadows in this form as if you were physically touching things, potentially allowing you do things such as climb while your hands are full.
