Chain Hack Radius
You can affect all targets within an area with a single hack action.
Prerequsites: Chain Hack
Benefit: A Hacker can sent out a radial hack action to all available targets within 10 squares of the target. The Hacker must roll once for all of them with a –4 penalty.
Normal: A hacker cannot chain a hack action to more than a number of targets equal to the hacker’s INT modifier.
