  4. Attacking Flux Space Gates shall be considered a war crime punishable by swift and rapid extermination of the offending vessel.
  5. Regarding Armament Trading
    1. Weapons whose destructive power is based on the directed emission of electromagnetic radiation at range are not to be traded unless one of the following conditions are met:

      2. The weapon is needed for Watcher duties - in which case the weapon should be provided to the Watchers only (eg: armaments aboard Watcher-built vessels, personal armaments provided to Watchers, armaments aboard vessels seconded to the Watchers)
    2. Weapons not covered by the above rule can be traded as long as they are not contained on the list below:
      1. Purpose-designed orbital bombardment systems (eg: Calengil Rockthrowers, Glorious Imperium Emperor's Hammer-type Matter Launchers, Warrior-designed Anti-Planetary Bombardment Cannons, et al)
      2. Weapons with the capability to harm large amounts of non-combatant targets with a single activation (eg: antimatter, biological, chemical, fission, fusion, thermonuclear weapons, et al)
